My groups consisted  of Nia, Emily, Brianna, and myself. We decided to do checkers, because it was a really easy game to play. I created the blue game pieces and I also helped the group glue the black and yellow piece down. Harmony was used through repetition between the black and yellow squares. The black tiles contrast with the yellow tiles, making the colors bounce out at you. I found variety in the game when we put the game pieces on the board. The blue and green pieces added different colors to the black and yellow tiles. Our game had symmetrical balance because it has an even pattern on each side. I believe that we used a normal ratio and scale because our board and pieces look about the same size as a regular board. I believe that the checker board pieces themselves are more prominent than the game pieces , because there are more board pieces than game pieces. In addition, the game pieces are separated by  a few board pieces, which make the game pieces look like there's less than there really are. When I looked at the game my eyes moved around the board in a pattern. We made our game simple because we didn't have a lot of time to finish it .
